Bookkeeping
Every business and organisation needs to keep on top of its bookkeeping in order to collect customer debts, pay suppliers and staff, monitor overheads and profit margins, control the cash flow, produce accounts and comply with tax regulations.
We will either process all your data off-site on our own Sage or Xero accounting software, or we collaborate with you online using shared software over the internet.
In most cases our clients issue the sales invoices, whilst we enter the data and carry out all the other accounting tasks such as chasing customers for payment, raising supplier cheques for approval and carrying out bank reconciliations.
Annual Accounts & Company Secretarial
We will prepare your annual statutory accounts at the year end and submit these to Companies House and HMRC.
We are also able to form companies and carry out the basic company secretarial duties.
