With over 15 years experience, we are a firm of professional bookkeepers and accountants who provide daily, weekly and monthly help to different kinds of businesses and organisations.

We work with our clients as their day to day finance and business partners, providing our core services of bookkeeping, monthly accounts and reports, payroll and financial management to support decision making.

A highly personalised service

We take time to understand our clients’ business. Typically we work off-site, but generally talk to our clients on a daily basis, and meet them at least once or twice per month. As the very nature of our service is highly personal, our policy is to limit the number of clients we have at any one time.

The team

Our managing and client services director

Paul Welsford is our managing and client services director. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience working with highly successful entrepreneurs running a range of different businesses.

Head of book-keeping

Our head of bookkeeping is Roula Giannarakis, who trained in Adelaide, Australia. Roula has over 10 years’ experience helping businesses and organisations and is a Sage Line 50 specialist.

These two are assisted by our back office team who are subcontracted to carry out bookkeeping, management accounting, credit control, payroll, tax return and financial analysis work. We also have a wide network of other professional and business connections built up over many years who help us support our clients.

In all, we have the skill, interest and enthusiasm to help businesses grow their profits, and run more efficiently.
